Martin Luther King Jr. Day, 2020: “I Have A Dream”

I Have A Dream, Digital Portrait by Antonio Romero

I painted this portrait of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. a few years ago for a friend and it reminds me of the fact that he had a dream . . .

“I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.’”

– Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

VA National Art Competition

I just received this today for third place in the National Veterans Creative Arts Competition!

I submitted this portrait of Korean War era veteran, Jerry Hood, which won Best of Show at the local level and placed third at the national level.

Clock Tower

I made this piece for my daughter and son-in-law to remind them of Spokane, Washington! Especially since they live so far away in New Hampshire.

I made this painting on my iPad – the line art with Adobe Draw and the watercolor was done with Adobe Sketch.
