As part of my Hispanic Heritage series, I painted this digital portrait of Cantinflas using the Watercolor Brushes and a vector brush for the line art with Adobe’s new Fresco Mobile app.

Feliz Dieciséis de Septiembre! Happy 16th of September (Mexican Independence Day)!
This is a portrait I made of Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, (Also known As El Padre De La Patria) leader of the Mexican war of independence.
This Portrait was painted on An iPad Pro. See the Step-by-Step Process
I made this digital painting with Adobe’s Sketch app on my iPad Pro.
I made this piece for my daughter and son-in-law to remind them of Spokane, Washington! Especially since they live so far away in New Hampshire.
I made this painting on my iPad – the line art with Adobe Draw and the watercolor was done with Adobe Sketch.
I dropped off a few pieces of my artwork for the Saturate event at the Chase Gallery (coming up on First Friday – April 5th).
Thanks, Spokane Arts !
This painting is the second portrait that I’ve done of Frida Kahlo (The first one was a digital drawing).
This digital portrait of Frida Kahlo was done as a gift for my daughter-in-law. Made with Adobe’s Illustrator Draw mobile app for iPad.

Pakal, King of Palenque
This is a digital drawing based on a sarcophagus from a Mayan ruin in Palenque, Chiapas, Mexico.
Meet King Pakal of Palenque, also known as the Mayan Astronaut (based on the fact that the Mayan ruler appears to be at the controls of a spacecraft).
