Last week I had the great honor to meet Medal of Honor recipient Lt. Thomas R. Norris at the Spokane VA Medical Center. I painted his portrait and had the privilege to present it to him in person! A big thank you to Bret Bowers, the management and staff at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center for making this all possible!
